Where do you offer cat sitting?
Kitty Play Paws is based in Weybridge, Surrey - we also cover nearby areas such as, Walton on thames, Cobham, Addlestone and Byfleet. If you are unsure whether you are in our area, get in touch and we can confirm. If you are not in our area, we are happy to help you find a trusted cat sitter based near you.
Can I meet you before booking?
Absolutely, we offer a free meet and greet with no obligation, before your first cat sitting booking. It is a great chance to get to know you and your cat, go through routines and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Do you have insurance and are you DBS checked?
Yes, I hold liability insurance and I have a current DBS, so you can relax in the knowledge that your cat and home, are in safe hands.

Terms & Conditions
Updated December 2025
These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Kitty Play Paws – Cat & dog Sitting (“I”, “me”, or “my”) for providing cat / dog sitting services. By booking my services, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed once you have provided your details and a 20% deposit has been received.
- The deposit secures your booking and is deducted from the total amount due.
- Full payment is required 72 hours before your booking is due to commence.
- Advance bookings are recommended, especially during busy periods such as holidays.
Fees and Payment
My current prices are:
Dogs
- £15 per hour for Pop-in and Play visits
Cats:
- £13 for one 20-30 minute visit per day
- £18 for two 20-30 minute visits per day
Payment is accepted via Bank transfer / Cash / PayPal.
If full payment is not received 72 hours before your booking, I reserve the right to cancel the booking and release the dates.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancelling less than 3 days before the booking is due to commence will result in the loss of your deposit.
- If you cancel 3 days or more before your booking starts, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.
- In the rare event that I have to cancel your booking, any deposit paid will be fully refunded, and I will make every effort to help you find a suitable replacement sitter.
Keys & Home Security
- Any keys, alarm codes, or access details provided are stored securely and treated with strict confidentiality.
- Keys will be returned at the end of your booking unless you request that I retain them for future visits.
- Your home will always be left secure after each visit.
Your pet’s Health & Wellbeing
- Please provide accurate and up-to-date information about your cat’s health, behaviour, and any medical needs.
- Medication can be administered as instructed, provided it has been discussed and agreed in advance.
- In the event of illness or emergency, I will contact you (or your emergency contact) immediately. If necessary, I may take your cat to your registered vet. All vet fees remain the owner’s responsibility.
Photos & Updates
- I provide regular photo and message updates during your booking.
- Photos may be used on Kitty Play Paws’ social media only with your consent.
Liability
I will always take the utmost care of your pet's and home; however, Kitty Play Paws cannot be held liable for:
- Any damage caused by your pet during my care.
- Illness, injury, or loss beyond my reasonable control.
- Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the owner.
Insurance
- Kitty Play Paws is fully insured for pet sitting services, including public liability and key cover, for your peace of mind.
Your Agreement
By booking with Kitty Play Paws, you confirm that you:
- Are the legal owner or authorised caretaker of the cat(s) / dog
- Have provided accurate information about your cat(s) / dog and home
- Understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions
